Representative sectors will include Construction and Development, Manufacturing and Engineering, Retail, Tech industry and Software, Wholesale and Distribution, Leisure and Evening Economy, Financial Services, Legal Services and other professional sectors.

A key element of the work of the Economic Alliance is a plan for future growth and develop the skills base that is required within the town for its future economic prosperity and opportunities for people who make Bolton their home.

The Economic Alliance will from time to time have guests to present to the members, updates on Greater Manchester strategy, work and skills partnerships, the Third Sector partnerships on opportunities specific to Bolton.
